1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account on Pyrewing. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

Your account is your responsibility. By using Pyrewing, you agree to the following:

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

4. Donations
All donations to Pyrewing are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations grant Donor Points (DP) for cosmetic and convenience items. Donations do not provide pay-to-win advantages and do not replace in-game progression.

5. Intellectual Property
Pyrewing is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and all related trademarks are the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All original content created for Pyrewing remains the property of the Pyrewing team.
6. Website Security Measures
Pyrewing employs multiple security measures to protect both our infrastructure and our community. By using our services, you acknowledge the following:
We enforce a Content Security Policy that restricts which external domains may load resources (images, scripts, styles, fonts, connections, and frames) on our website. A managed whitelist of trusted domains is maintained by our staff. All domains not explicitly whitelisted are blocked by default.
We reserve the right to block specific IP addresses or user accounts from accessing Pyrewing at our sole discretion. Reasons for blocking may include, but are not limited to:
- Automated or suspicious access patterns (bots, scrapers, DDoS attempts)
- Repeated violations of our Server Rules or these Terms
- Attempts to circumvent security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
- Abuse of voting systems, donation systems, or other site features
Blocks may be temporary or permanent. Blocked users will see a notification explaining that access has been denied. Administrative access is always exempt to prevent lockouts.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pyrewing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our services. Use our platform at your own discretion.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, our Server Rules, or at our discretion to protect the community. See Rules Enforcement for the full penalty schedule.
- Ban Appeals: Banned users may submit an appeal from the Hall of Shame page. Appeals are reviewed by staff with a mandatory written decision. See Rules Enforcement → Appeals for full details.
- Public Blacklist: Accounts guilty of severe or repeated violations may be placed on the Public Blacklist, resulting in permanent removal with no possibility of appeal.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal or reversal.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Pyrewing after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via our Discord server.
